[摘要] 目的：探讨抗菌药物合理应用的有效途径。方法：通过分析抗菌药物不合理应用的因素，针对性地加强抗菌药物不合理应用环节的药学监护。结果：药学监护是促进抗菌药物合理应用的有效途径。结论：药学监护在促进抗菌药物合理应用方面具有重要意义，使有限的抗菌药物资源得到最大限度的应用，减少不良反应。

　　[abstract] objective:to explore ways of the rational use of antibacterials.methods:to analyze the factor of the antibacterial drugs which were used unreasonably,and strengthened the factor pharmaceutical care.results:pharmaceutical care was the effective way to ensure the reasonable drug use of antibacterials.conclusion:pharmaceutical care is the important meaning to promote the rational use of antibacterials，make the most use of the limited resource of antibacterials and reduce its adverse reaction.
