[摘要] 目的:探讨全数字化乳腺摄影(FFDM)和彩色多普勒血流显象(CDFI)对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:选择疑似有乳腺病变的患者164例作为研究对象,全部病例采用FFDM检查后在1周之内再行CDFI检查,同时病理活检明确诊断。全数字化乳腺摄影机采用自动曝光条件,对临床未触及包块的亚临床病变行病灶术前定位。彩色多普勒探查乳腺肿块的形态与位置、血流状况及其与浅筋膜的关系来进一步确定肿块的性质。结果:病理结果显示良性病变93例,恶性病变71例;对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性FFDM分别为91.54%、93.54%、92.69%;CDFI分别为85.91%、92.47%、89.63%。结论:FFDM和CDFI在对乳腺癌的影像学诊断中有重要价值。

of breast cancer

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the diagnostic evaluation of full-field digital mammogyaphy(FFDM) and Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in breast cancer. Methods:The 164 patients with breast lesions were examined with FFDM, then CDFI within 1 week. At the same time all cases were diagnosed by histopathologic biopsy. Preoperative localization was conducted with FFDM for every patient with no palpable breast lesions. Color Doppler examination with 8 MHz high frequency linear array probe was used to explore the shape, place and blood flow of breast lump, the relation between lump and superficial fascia. Results: The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of FFDM for breast cancers were 91.45%、93.54%、92.69%, and those of CDFI were 85.91%、92.47%、89.63% respectively. Conclusion: FFDM and CDFI have great value in the imageology diagnose of breast cancer.

全球乳腺癌的发病率在逐年上升,已严重威胁着妇女的健康,影像学检查是早期检出乳腺癌的重要手段,但传统的乳腺X线摄影对早期乳腺癌尤其对致密型乳腺中的乳腺癌诊断具有很大的局限性。(剩余1318字)
