摘 要:进入21世纪,独特而魅人的宴会形式逐渐向文化主题鲜明的方向发展。人们为了吸引更多的顾客,开始注重围绕某一文化主题来设计宴会菜单,以此来渲染经营气氛并作为客人识别的特征和菜品消费行为的刺激物。主题宴会的内容和风格是多种多样的,地域的、民族的、人文的都可作为菜单设计的主体。创设鲜明、独特的主题宴会菜单的最终目的,是为了树立餐饮经营中的特色品牌,并以此获得最佳的社会效益和经济效益。
Abstract:When the time goes into the 21stcentury, the special and attractive banquet forms are getting developed to the direction of being with bright culture theme. In order to win more and more customers, hotels start emphasizing on culture theme and designing menu under it. This will be a symbol for customers to identify the difference of operation atmosphere and a excitant to consume. Content and Style for theme banquet be various. The main body of menu design can either be of a region, or be of a nation, or be of human. But the ultimate destination of the menu design is clear, bright and unique. It is for setting up a special brand in food and beverage operation so that hotels can obtain the best social and financial profits.
