【摘要】 目的 了解北京市大学生婚前性知识、态 度、行为现状，以便更好地对大学生开展健康教育。方法 采用自填问卷 形式，对北京市6所重点大学学生进行现况调查，获得有效样本416例。采用SPSS 10.0进行 统计分析。结果 416名北京市大学生中，有30.39%的被调查者赞成婚前 性行为，93.27%知道安全套避孕手段，10.33%表示对性传播疾病非常了解；男生的婚前性行 为态度较女生开放。结论 大学生对于婚前性行为的态度较为宽容和开放 ，但性知识尚欠缺。提示应加强大学生的性教育，使他们学会自我保护的措施和方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the attitude towards premarita l behavior and sex knowledge among undergraduates in Beijing, and to provide evi dence for health education. Methods A self-administered questi onnaire survey was conducted among 6 ke y universities in Beijing, and 416 samples were valid.Data were analyzed by SP SS 10.0. Results Among 416 students, 30.39% agreed on the prema rital sexual behav ior, 93.27% knew condom could prevent from pregnancy, 10.33% had a good knowledg eof STD. The male students had opener attitude toward premarital sexual behaviorsthan female students. Conclusion The attitudes towards premari tal sexual behav iors among undergraduates are tolerant but most of the undergraduates have poorsex knowledge. School sexual education should be strengthened.
