摘要：针对我国《体育法》存在的问题，提出了推进我国体育法制建设和完善我国体育法律体系的建议：推进体育管理体制的转型、健全公民体育权利保障机制、构建体育纠纷解决机制、健全市场培育和规制制度、完善法律责任的相关规定。

Perfecting sports legal systems in China by amending the Sports Law

Abstract: Aiming at problems existing in the Sports Law of China, the authors offered the following suggestions for boosting the construction of sports legal systems in China: boost the transformation of sports management systems; perfect the citizen sports right ensuring system; establish a sports dispute settling mechanism; perfect the market cultivating and regulating system; perfect legal responsibility related stipulations.
