周春秀高原训练的结构特征分析

  摘要:从2006年1月到北京奥运会,为备战比赛,周春秀共进行了6次高原训练。其高原训练结构由3部分组成:平原训练准备阶段、高原训练阶段、赛前训练阶段。3个阶段相互支撑,互相依托,整个训练环环相扣。6次高原训练结构清晰,总体效果显著。6次都是倡导能力主导型高原训练,全面探索高原训练方法平原化手段,基本形成了适合周春秀个体特征的高原训练方法组合和综合性的高原训练模式。

  Abstract:

  From Jan. 2006 to 2008 BeiJing Olympic Games, ZhouChunxiu have carried out six altitude training for the marathon of BeiJing Olympic Games. The structure of altitude training consists of three parts: plain training phase, altitude training phase and before-match training phase. The three phases supported and depended one another, and all the details connected closely. The training structure of six altitude training is vivid, therefore we acquired obvious effect as a whole. In the six trainings, we all along executed the capability-dominanting altitude training mode and explored plain training mode of altitude training. Through six altitude training, compages of altitude training methods and all-around altitude training modes have formed basically. 
