摘要：本文从公共经济理论的角度对国民体质测定服务进行分析，探讨了国民体质测定服务的准公共产品定位及其特点，描述了国民体质测定服务的现状，力图探索促使这一服务能长久持续地为社会提供供给的依据及方法、措施。
