摘要：球场暴力是盛行足球运动的国家普遍面临的一个问题。在英意德等国，或者把其规定在不同的法律中，或者制定专门的立法。对足球暴力的处罚，既涉及刑事法问题，还涉及民事责任以及行政管理方面的法律问题。尽管如此，球场暴力问题还是没有得到完全根除，因为产生暴力问题的社会根源不可能在短时期内消除。

　　the problem of football hooliganism is a common question in football-popular countries, such as in the uk, german and italy. in those countries, there are a lot of laws involving the control of football hooliganism, either in different laws or a specialized anti-hooligan law. not only does the football hooliganism relate to penal law, but also concerns civil as well as administrative laws.
