摘要：在探讨动态联盟的内部原因后，提出盲目动态联盟的概念，并对盲目动态联盟进行经济学分析，论证了避免盲目动态联盟的可能性。在明确非盲目动态联盟后，抉择动态联盟的方向显得由为重要。我们发现不同方向上的动态联盟可以达到不同的作用，并由此设计了动态联盟方向决策程序。

Abstract:
In virtue of discussing the interior reason of the dynamic alliance, the paper analyzes the blind dynamic alliance, and the possibility of avoiding the paper proposes the decision-making progran for designing the dynamic alliance.By defining thenon-blind dynamic alliance,it recoumends the way of dynamic alliance. Since different way may obtain different effects,it design the decision program of the way.
自从动态联盟的概念提出之后，国内外学者对动态联盟的研究实践一直在如火如荼地进行着，我国近期在动态联盟方面的实践探索更是日渐增多，正陆续地在以钢铁为首的众多行业中进行大型集团企业联盟整合。（剩余2054字）
