内容摘要：我国电子商务和网上交易近年来取得了较大的发展，然而网上支付成为我国电子商务发展的瓶颈之一。文章从网上支付的概念及网上支付的工具发，阐述我国网上支付的现状，梳理出制约我国网上支付发展的因素，诸如：网络基础设施落后，信用机制不健全，网上支付缺乏应有的信用环境，网上支付的安全问题尤其突出，法律法规的制定相对滞后等。从而，提出了促进我国网上支付发展的相应对策，包括：推动网上支付基础设施建设，建立富有效率的社会信用体系，提高安全性，增强支付安全保障，加快相关法律的完善，以促进网上支付的健康运行。最后，说明我国网上支付的发展趋势。

Abstract: China’s e-commerce and online transactions in recent years made great progress, but online payments become the bottleneck of the development of China's e-commerce one. An article from the Internet and the concept of paid online payment tool based on the status quo of China's online payments, came out with restricting the development of China's online payment factors, such as: network infrastructure backward, and credit mechanisms, and the lack of online payment due credit environment, the safety of online payments particularly conspicuous, the formulation of laws and regulations has remained relatively stagnant. Thus, to promote the development of China's online payment corresponding countermeasures, including: promoting online payment infrastructure construction, the establishment of efficient social credit system, improve security, enhance payment security, speed up the improvement of the relevant laws, in order to promote the healthy operation of online payment. Finally, this paper describes the development of China's online payment trends.
