[摘要]目的:探讨三维计算机断层摄影血管造影(Three-Dimensional Computed Tomography Angiography,3D-CTA)检查在体表血管畸形诊断及治疗中的应用。方法:对33例临床初步诊断血管畸形且病变范围较大的患者行3D-CTA检查,并以结果指导治疗方案的制定和实施。结果:33例患者3D-CTA诊断为静脉畸形,其中21例经病理检查证实,所得影像显示清楚。其中28例由于病变范围较大采用铜针治疗,治疗后局部肿块缩小或消失、变硬,有效率100%。结论:3D-CTA是一种微创、分辨率高的血管造影技术,可显示病灶的层次及与毗邻组织的关系,在体表血管畸形的诊断中具有重要的价值,并能指导治疗的制定和实施。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the Application of Three-Dimensional Computed Tomography Angiography (3D-CTA) in diagnosis and treatment of superficial vascular malformation. Methods 33 patients with a great extent vascular malformation was examined by 3D-CTA,then made treatment plan and practiced under the guide of 3D-CTA. ResultsAll 33patients were diagnosed as vascular malformation,with 21cases confirmed by pathology, and all the images were clear.28 patients were treated by retained copper needles because the vascular malformation was with a great extent.The vascular malformation shrunk and hardened and there were totally 100% effective rate achieved.Conclusion3D-CTA is an angiography technique with microinvasion and high resolution,it can display the extent,layer and the adjoining tissue of vascular malformation,then can guide the treatment plan and practice.

血管瘤及血管畸形为常见的血管性病变,浅表血管畸形,根据病史和体征大多可作出诊断,位于皮下特别是病变弥漫的血管畸形往往需要借助影像学检查。(剩余1594字)
