【摘要】单纯性视网膜脱离是指原发性视网膜脱离，属于原因不明的类型，多见于近视眼。早期单纯性视网膜脱离是指视网膜脱离时间短，视网膜脱离范围一般不超过3个象限，视网膜下液多且不能吸收，并常见视网膜下膜及视网膜褶皱形成，玻璃体无浑浊或轻度浑浊等改变。回顾分析5年来，在我院住院行单纯巩膜外加压联合环扎术治疗的早期单纯性视网膜脱离患者21例（21眼）。在文中做简要分析报告。
