【摘要】目的:探讨囊肿切除加交通口封锁手术治疗小儿腘窝囊肿的方法及疗效。方法:将收入住院的5例腘窝囊肿患儿均采用囊肿切除加交通口封锁手术进行治疗。结果:本组5例患儿均治愈，治愈率100％；随访2月～2年，平均10个月，症状无复发。结论:采用囊肿切除加交通口封锁手术治疗小儿腘窝囊肿效果好。

【Abstract】Objective: The discussion cyst excision adds the transportation mouth blockade surgery to treat the young child popliteal fossa cyst the method and the curative effect. Finally: This group of 5 examples trouble cures, curing rate 100%; Makes a follow-up visit in the February for～2 years, the average 10 months, the symptom not recurs.
