【摘要】目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗急性胆囊炎的可行性及手术技巧。方法：回顾性分析我院2004．5～2007．5月72例急性胆囊炎LC手术的临床资料。结果：LC手术成功69例，中转开腹手术3例，平均手术时间55min（30～180min)，术后恢复顺利，1例出现胆漏，经腹腔引流后治愈，术后平均住院5d(3～13d)，均痊愈出院。结论：如果具备熟练的腹腔镜操作技术，LC治疗急性胆囊炎是安全可行的。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore feasibility
of treatment and the surgical technique laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) for acute cholecvstitis.Method From May 2004 to May 2007,the clinical date of 72 cases acute cholecystitis was reviewed retrospectively.Results With LC was successful in 69 cases,conversion to open surgery occurred in 3 cases,the average time of operation was 55min(30min～180mih),One case had complicated with bile leak and healed by drainage.The average time of hospitalization after operation was 5d(3d～13d).All patients were healed lastly.Conclusions It is safe and feasible for suergeons who have perfect laparoscopic technique to perform LC as treatment of acute cholecystitis.
