【摘要】 目的 探讨如何安全有效的取出或重置移位的上消化道镍钛合金支架。方法 本组采用自行研制的上消化道镍钛合金支架取出器共进行了17例,18例次移位的上消化道镍钛合金支架的回收或重置。结果 本组使用自行研制上消化道镍钛合金支架取出器共重置食管上段支架4例次,取出支架2例次;重置中段支架3例次;重置食管下段支架5例次,取出支架2例次;重置十二指肠支架2例次。所有上消化道镍钛合金支架的取出或重置操作均未出现上消化道大出血、穿孔等严重并发症。结论 采用自行研制的上消化道镍钛合金支架取出器对移位的上消化道镍钛合金支架进行取出或重置是安全和有效的。

【Abstract】Objective To discuss how to retrieve/reset the displaced Nickel-Titanium alligation stent in upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods In this serial, the displaced upper gastrointestinal tract Nickel-Titanium alligation stent was retivere/reset in 17 cases, 18 times.Results A self produced Nickel-Titanium alligation stent reset instrument was used 4 times in displaced upper esophagus stent resetting and 2 times retrieving; It was used 3 times in displaced middle esophagus stent resetting, It was used 5 times in displaced middle esophagus stent resetting and 2 times retrieving, It also was used 2 times in displaced duodenum stent resetting. All practice did not lead to bleeding or perforation et al.Conclusion The self produced Nickel-Titanium alligation stent reset instrument is safe and efficient in retrieving/resetting the displaced Nickel-Titanium alligation stent.
