【Abstract】This article to derive its legal characteristic from the form provision conceptual analysis，and obtained from the form provision characteristic has analyzed to form provision recognizing，by form aspect and so on provision special prompt duty，special explanation rule，potency determination elaborated the form provision law to be suitable，the final author proposed some related form provision law systems consummated suggestion.
