外向型企业员工工作倦怠和工作满意度调查

  【摘要】 目的 了解外向型企业员工工作倦怠和工作满意度状况。方法 采用工作倦怠量表(MB)、工作满意度量表(GJS),对201名外向型企业员工进行调查。结果 ①工作倦怠在单位类别上存在显著差异,工作满意度在性别、工龄、文化程度和单位类别上存在显著差异;②男性员工工作倦怠方面低于女性,在工作满意度方面高于女性;③工作2~4年的员工工作满意度显著高于工作2年以内和4~6年的员工;④本科和硕士及以上学历的员工工作满意度显著高于大专和高中及以下学历的员工。 结论 企业要特别关注女性员工工作倦怠问题,提高工作2年以内和4~6年员工工作满意度。

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate job burnout and job satisfaction on workers in export-oriented enterprise. Methods 201 workers were assessed by MB, GJS scales. Results (1)On the aspect of job burnout, there was difference on different types of enterprise. On the aspect of job satisfaction, there were differences on gender, length of service, education, enterprise. (2)Male workers got the lower score on the aspect of job burnout and got the higher score on the aspect of job satisfaction. (3)Workers who had serviced about 2 to 4 years have the higher job satisfaction than the ones who had serviced within 2 years and 4 to 6 year. (4)Workers who have bachelor or master degree had the higher job satisfaction than the ones who graduate from high school or academy. Conclusion The enterprise should put more emphasis on the prevention of the job burnout in female and improvement job satisfaction on the ones who had serviced within 2 years and 4 to 6 years.
