[摘要] 文章在对环新疆经济圈和对外贸易发展潜力两个概念进行界定的基础之上，构建了环新疆经济圈视角下新疆对外贸易发展潜力的评价指标体系，运用因子分析和综合指数的评价方法，探讨了新疆对外贸易发展潜力的趋势，最后提出了将对外贸易发展潜力转化为经济发展动力的对策和建议。

On the Development Potential of Xinjiang's Foreign Trade in Perspective
of Economic Circle of Xinjiang

Abstract: In this paper, based on the definition of two concepts: economic circle of Xinjiang and development potential of foreign trade, we establish the evaluation index system about development potential of foreign trade in perspective of economic circle of Xinjiang. Then we use evaluation methods of factor analysis and composite index to discuss the trend on Xinjiang's development potential of foreign trade. Finally, we propose countermeasures and suggestions on how to transform development potential of foreign trade into driving force for economic development.
