摘要:目的观察当归水提取液对红细胞内山梨醇生成及糖化蛋白 (BSA)生成的影响。方法当归水提取液与红细胞、葡萄糖混合,培养2 h,测定山梨醇的含量,计算当归提取液对红细胞山梨醇生成的抑制率。不同浓度的当归提取取液加入体外蛋白糖化终末产物生成系统,培养8周,测定孵育液的荧光值,计算当归对糖化蛋白生成的抑制率。结果当归水提取液使高浓度葡萄糖培养的红细胞内山梨醇生成减少,糖化蛋白生成较对照组少。结论当归水提取液能抑制红细胞内山梨醇的生成,抑制蛋白质的糖基化作用。

Inhibitory Effect of Angelica Extract on Content of Sorbitol in Red Blood Cell and Protein Glycosylation in Vitro

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of angelica extract on the content of sorbitol in red blood cell and the synthesis of glycated protein in vitro. Methods Glucose, red blood cell and the angelica extract were mixed. The mixture was cultivated for two hours. The inhibition rate was calculated according to the concentration of sorbitol. The angelica extract was added to the system of glycosylated protein. The system was cultivated for eight weeks. The inhibition rate was calculated according to fluorescence value of the system. Results The angelica extract decreased the production of sorbitol in red blood cell and also decreased the production of glycated protein in the incubated liquid. Conclusion The angelica extract can inhibit the production of sorbitol and protein glycosylation.
