摘要：石油经济是现代经济的重要特征，围绕石油展开的大国竞争方兴未艾。中国经济的持续增长导致对进口石油的高度依赖，进口石油依存度的不断提高成为中国经济实现可持续发展的重要制约因素。中国应主动参与国际石油竞争，建立石油储备战略、石油开发战略、石油技术战略和石油运输战略。

International petroleum competition and China’s petroleum safety

Abstract：Petroleum economy is important character of modern economy and the competition on petroleum between big countries is rising. The sustainable growth of China’s economy results in highly-depending on imported petroleum and the rising dependent rate on imported petroleum becomes an important restriction factor for realizing sustainable development of China’s economy. China should actively participate in international petroleum competition，establish petroleum-storage strategy，petroleum-exploitation strategy，petroleum-technology strategy and petroleum-transportation strategy.
