摘 要：自主创新能力是关系一个国家和企业保持竞争优势的关键。本文对我国自主创新能力的定义、内涵、特征、影响因素、发展路径、体系指标、政策建议等研究成果进行了梳理并指出了对自主创新能力进一步研究的方向。

Theoretical review of the researches into self-innovative ability of China

Abstract：Self-innovative ability is closely related to keeping competitive advantage of a country and an enterprise. This paper reviews the research achievements of Chinese scholars such as definition connotation，features，influencing factors，developing path，systematic indexes，policy suggestions of self-innovation of China and points out the direction of probable further study direction of self-innovation.

目前，我国经济建设正处于人均GDP由1000美元向3000美元迈进的重要历史时期，资本、土地、劳动等传统生产要素对经济增长的边际贡献率呈递减趋势，而体制创新、经济发展模式创新与科技创新将成为经济社会发展的根本动力，我国的资源禀赋也决定不可能再走以消耗大量能源和资源来换取工业化发展的道路。（剩余2066字）
