摘 要： 以学习实践科学发展观为指导思想，总结国家网球队备战北京奥运周期的主要工作， 在深刻认识现代网球本质特征的前提下，归纳了本周期网球训练实践发生的“五个转变”； 在深入研究网球项目规律和特点的基础上，有效地解决了前进中的主要问题，努力实现了管 理观念与机制的创新；提出了下一周期训练工作的基本思路和要处理好的“六个关系”，以 及今后的“六项主要任务”。

Innovation and Endeavor for Greater Breakthrough of Tennis in Ch ina

Abstract: Directed by the outlook of scientific development, and on the basis ofsummery of National Tennis Team's preparation for the Beijing Olympic cycle andknowledge of nature of modern tennis, five transitions are induced in the train ing practice of the cycle; main problems in endeavor are solved and innovation o n management view and mechanism are implemented; general thinking of training inthe next Olympic cycle, six relations to deal with, and six major tasks are putforward.
