摘要：全球化与现代性昭示了民族传统体育文化认同与适应的真正根源，其中伴随现代性而来的生产生活方式和西方体育文化强势扩展，文化认同与适应特别是基于少数民族弱势体育文化遭遇到前所未有的挑战。民族传统体育文化适应存在四种主要模式：整合；同化；分离；边缘化。整合态度是文化适应中最佳的一种文化认同态度，有利于我国民族传统体育的文化适应。“和而不同”是我国民族传统体育文化认同与适应的选择。中华民族传统体育文化将经历一个从排他性冲突到认同性选择再到包容性并存的历史过程，也即文化认同与文化适应过程。

　　abstract:the globalization and the modernity have made clear the national tradition sports culture approval and the adaptation true root, the production life style and the western sports culture strong trend which in which concomitance modernity comes expand, the national tradition sports culture approval and the adaptation is specially based on the national minority weak trend sports culture bitter experience to the unprecedented challenge. the national tradition sports culture adaptation has four kind of main patterns: conformity; assimilation; separation; peripherization. the conformity manner is the culture adapts the best one cultural approval manner, is advantageous in our country nationality tradition sports cultural adaptation. “be friendly but not at the expense of principles" is our country nationality tradition sports culture approval and the adaptation choice. the chinese nation tradition sports culture will experience one to conflict from exclusiveness to the approval sexual selection again to the comprehensive coexisting historical process, also will be the cultural approval and the cultural adaptation process.
