摘 要:以文献资料法,融合健身俱乐部的特色,发现健身俱乐部的竞争力,主要是体现在能提供健身服务感受并能持续自我发展获利的经营管理能力,结合实地考察的方式,创建出一个健身俱乐部竞争力的评价体系,可分为俱乐部特质、经营效率、硬件质量和服务品质等四个要素,涵盖了36个一级指标和40个二级指标,全面反映健身俱乐部的经营能力状况。同时以调研统计分析方式,比较两岸健身俱乐部竞争力的差异。再以企业战略模型对两地具有代表性的健身俱乐部,做为案例分析的对象,发现在综合竞争力前10名中,北京和台北各占7名和3名,与样本数分布比率相当;但北京的俱乐部排名普遍较前,显示北京健身俱乐部的竞争力较台北高,其中北京的硬件质量和俱乐部特质都排名较前,显示北京巨大的市场需求支撑起北京健身俱乐部的大规模设立,也提高了他的竞争力。

A Comparative Study on the Competitive of Fitness Club between Mainland China and Taiwan
——Taking Beijing and Taipei as examples

Abstract:The study uses the methods of paper analysis and case study to explain the corporate competitive theory to combine the statistics of China fitness club. The study builds up the service quality model by corporate competitive evaluation theory and visiting some fitness clubs. The model could be divided four index such as club information, management effectives, hardware quality and service quality, as long as include forty factors among the above four index. Theses index and factors could be reference for the supervisor to evaluate fitness club. Meanwhile, the study also uses the method of questionnaire statistics analysis to compare the difference of fitness club competitive between mainland China and Taiwan. Further, we use corporate strategy model to case study some representative fitness club. There are 7 samples in Beijing's clubs and 3 in Taipei's which is the same as the total samples. However, the club of Beijing is previous than Taipei during the ranking list which reflect the competitive of Beijing club is better than Taipei.
