摘 要：运用逻辑分析、比较研究等方法，探讨中国网球职业化的背景与起因、特征及不足，提出职业化发展的对策与措施。研究认为，应当进一步明确我国网球职业化改革的主要目标，改革与完善运动员的投入与回报机制，努力拓宽优秀后备人才的培养途径，借鉴女网、从“举国体制”与“职业化”的融合中实现男网突破，进行竞赛体制改革、促进网球产业的发展，健全和完善与职业化相适应的协会管理机制等，这将是中国网球“职业化”必须首先要解决的问题。

On the Development of Chinese Professionalized Tennis

Abstract:The reason, background, character, and insufficiency of Chinese professionalized tennis are analyzed with the methods of logical analysis and comparison research. The strategies of developing the professionalized tennis are put forward. The study shows that we should be clear about the aim of the tennis' reform, improve the athlete training system and pay great attention to their moral improvement. We should reform the competition system, tennis development and the association management system. All of the above problems are essential for us to solve.
