摘 要:热电厂燃烧控制是一个多输入、多输出、不确定的复杂系统,要安全经济控制燃烧,掌握系统的特性是十分重要的;而分析空煤比的动态特性实施燃烧稳定性是锅炉燃烧最有效的方法之一。用模糊推理机理在锅炉运行时,基于模糊规则和测量值来评估燃料供给状态,并通过工程技术人员经验摸索,空煤比在为5倍时锅炉燃烧最为经济安全,运行实例说明此方法的有效性和稳定性。

Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of Combustion Match System
Based on Fuzzy Controller for Thermal Power Plants

Abstract:Combustion control of thermal power plants is a multi-input, multi-output and uncertain complex system. It is important to understand characteristics of the system, in order to realize combustion reliably and economically. One of the effective means of combustion control in boilers is to realize stable combustion on the basis of analysis of dynamic characteristic of air/fuel ratio. In the paper fuel feed was estimated based on fuzzy rule and measurement. Based on results of fuzzy inferring and experience of technicians, combustion in boiler is most economical and safe, when air/coal ratio is 5. The case studied shows that the method is valid and reliable.
